Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SelasKreations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Please allow 7 to 10 days on busy congested days (mass orders) and holidays. 

Orders are shipped out on business days Monday through Friday. 

Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are not business days.

Providing an email will give you the option of tracking your order once shipped.

Sela's Kreations is not responsible for the package once it leaves our facility.

Please make sure to have your address UPDATED. If the package states delivered and you did not receive it, you then 

have to file a claim with the shipping company (USPS, UPS, or DHL).

We will help you as much as possible to make sure you receive your order.
